Customer service
World Challenge aims to provide the highest level of customer service, which includes:
- One main point of contact
- Staff based local to the school to support schools throughout the preparation process
- A dedicated team of experts from expedition planners to a network of in-country contacts
- A support team on hand to answer any queries from parents/guardians or Challengers
- Customized itineraries to cater for schools‘ specific requirements, such as our standard expeditions, extended expeditions, project only expeditions or longer multi-destination expeditions
