Sri Lanka is a unique and beautiful island off the southern tip of India. It is a country with a huge variety of landscapes including palm-fringed idyllic beaches, wildlife-rich jungles, hills swathed in tea plantations and even rolling moorland.

Many schools in Sri Lanka have extremely basic facilities, so there are plenty of opportunities for teams to really make a difference during this three week expedition. Daily tasks may include some basic construction work, painting and teaching.

When not completing their service work students will have the opportunity to test their teamwork on a number of small treks that explore the lush countryside. The team will also get to visit an elephant orphanage, an experience not soon forgotten!
