Project Namibia
Introduction to the Project Namibia expedition
Sitting proudly on Africa’s south west coast, Namibia is a vast and impressive country where scorched deserts meet ice-cold Atlantic waters. The remarkable coastline of Namibia stretches the length of the country from the infamous Skeleton Coast in the north to the arid Namib Desert in the south.
The focus of our Project Namibia expedition is rewarding volunteer work. Recent expedition teams to Namibia have been involved in education: working at schools in rural communities. Alternatively teams can get involved in environmental and wildlife conservation projects in the country’s National Parks. |
