• Every expedition itinerary signed off individually by a World Challenge Expedition Planning Manager
• Ratio of adult to Challenger does not exceed 1:8

Compliant with British Standard 8848

Ventures provided by World Challenge Expeditions Limited conform to BS8848 (Specification for the provision of visits, fieldwork, expeditions and adventurous activities outside the United Kingdom). Independently assessed and declared by the Young Explorers’ Trust on the basis of Operating Procedures and Safety Management Systems evidenced on 26th April 2008 and subjected to a further interim review on 16th April 2009. This declaration is valid until 26th April 2011, following a further interim review in 2010.
