You can expect the following from our team...
World Challenge ConsultantsOur team of dedicated expedition experts will come to the school and present the upcoming expedition to your child and to you as a parent with the support of the teacher traveling with the team.
Program Facilitators
This team of planning specialists will deliver the pre-expedition program to your child’s team to include all of the planning meetings and training workshops or training weekends for the team. Their role is to support the team and keep students motivated with fundraising and preparation advice for expedition.
Customer Service
We know families will have a lot of questions while participating in the World Challenge program. Our in-house customer service team will handle all of the billing and administrative support that you may need. Not to mention giving advice on what kind of gear to get, how to jump start fundraising efforts for your child and other tips for families.
Expedition Leaders
Trained and hired by World Challenge, these are the adults that will accompany the team in addition to the teacher. All of our leaders must pass our Potential Leader Course and Training administered by our Global Operations team as well as pass an extensive background check. .
