Fly into bustling San Pedro Sula. Teams will head to the picturesque colonial town of Gracias, which is nestled at the base of the highest mountain in Honduras called Celaque. From here teams will embark on an exciting 5 day trek to Derro de las Minas - Celaque's highest peak. On the the way back to Gracias teams will pass by some hot springs for a welcome soak.
At the end of your trekking adventure head to north to explore the stunning Mayan ruins of Copan for some well deserved rest and relaxation.
Day 1 - Depart US, arrive San Pedro Sula
Day 2 - Travel to Gracias (5 hours)
Day 3 - Trekking - Celaque
Day 4 - Trekking - Celaque
Day 5 - Trekking - Celaque
Day 6 - Trekking - Celaque
Day 7 - Trekking - Celaque
Day 8 - Finish trek, travel to Copan
Day 9 - Explore Copan ruins, then head back to San Pedro Sula
Day 10 - Depart for the US
