The program
A World Challenge program can take anywhere from 10 to 20 months and culminates in an expedition to the developing world. Our expeditions are more than just an educational tour. As a Challenger, you will complete a powerful personal journey guided and delivered by World Challenge staff and your teacher.In choosing to join a World Challenge expedition, you are not just signing up for an amazing trip. You will be an important member of the team, creating a once-in-a-life-time journey with your friends. As a team member, you will design your own unique itinerary according to what you want to get out of the expedition. While on expedition, you will rotate through various leadership roles and manage many of the day-to-day logistics of your own adventure. Of course, the team will also be supported by experienced guides and the most up-to-date safety technologies available. You will spend the months before departure getting to know your teammates, planning your itinerary, and earning funds towards your expedition.
