Benefits for teachers
Our Teachers (or School Leaders) are at the heart of everything we do at World Challenge. Our hope is to create a true partnership between World Challenge and the teachers who travel with World Challenge.On World Challenge expeditions teachers travel for free. Our 8:1 ratio means that for every 8 students we must have one adult accompanying the team. One adult will always be the World Challenge Expedition Leader. In addition to the Expedition Leader, we offer one fully funded teacher place with a minimum team size of 12 students.
Because our teachers are the best people to tell other teacher about World Challenge, we also offer a referral bonus for any new teacher who travels with World Challenge.
World Challenge will also communicate directly with the parents of students coming on the trip to handle payments so teachers don’t have to spend their time chasing down fees.
